Organizing Roundtable

Advocating for change is hard work. Whether you’re a newly hired planner fresh out of graduate school or a seasoned transportation activist, taking on parking policy reform can be especially tough. For such an important issue, the world of parking reform is still a small one and the playbooks for organizing around parking policy are still being written — by us.

The Parking Reform Network hosts a monthly Organizing Roundtable. This is a great opportunity to meet other people involved in parking reform and help guide the development of PRN’s resources and programs.

As of June 2022, there have been attendees from 18 cities in 7 states (and Washington, D.C.) anyone who is (or wants to be) organizing around this issue is welcome to attend.

Request access to our group mailing list or email tony[at]parkingreform.org to receive meeting announcements and other information.

The meetings are held the last Wednesday of the month at 1PM Pacific Time via Zoom.

The next meeting will be August 31st at 1PM Pacific and will be focused on coalition building and working with other advocacy organizations. Get on the list if you, or your organization, would like to be involved – Free Zoom registration is required.
