Parking minimum removal

Parking is not required in the downtown area, except for bus or rail transit stations, multi‐family dwellings, and lodging. Nonresidential uses on small lots in Mixed-Use Districts are exempted, as well as uses on lots in a residential district with a width of 25 feet or less and no alley access.
