Parking minimum reduction
Parking requirements are reduced in the CB District, GC District, and Downtown Districts. A change of use within an existing building within the Downtown Districts or Artisans & Industry Special District is exempt from parking requirements. Apartments and live-work units within 1/4 of a mile of a train station have reduced requirements. Citywide, a fee in lieu of required parking may be provided.
