Parking minimum reduction

Since 2008, a 20% reduction is allowed citywide if the building is mixed-use and which may be doubled with an infill reduction near transit, totaling 40%. In July 2024, parking requirements for multi-family uses in infill areas were further reduced while parking requirements for affordable housing were reduced from 1.5 to 0.15 spaces per unit.
