Parking minimum reduction
In the CH District and MX District and surrounding areas downtown, parking minimums are reduced 50% compared to other districts. Parking reductions are available for nonresidential uses through carshare or bikeshare programs, and on-street or public parking. All uses may reduce parking requirements by providing bike parking, motorcycle parking or scooter parking.
