Parking Minimums were reduced by 20% for all land uses in the City Centre, other than office and multi-family residential with underground parking, which received their own rates. Offices were reduced by 44% of the city-wide standard. Multi-family residential with underground parking was reduced to by 38% of the city-wide standard.
