Parking minimum reduction
Residential uses in the Downtown Core have a reduced parking requirement as well as all uses in the Magnolia Historic Overlay District. Properties within the Parking Improvement District No. 2001-1, bounded by Park Street on the north, Mormon Slough on the west, Sonora Street on the south, and the Union Pacific Railroad tracks on the east are exempt if the property pays into the district. Parking requirements citywide may be reduced through bike parking, carpool spaces, EV chargers, frequent transit, small infill projects or motorcycle parking.
