Parking minimum reduction
Multifamily dwellings with 3 or more units and upper story residences as part of mixed-use developments have reduced parking requirements in the B3 Business District, NX Neighborhood Mixed-Use District, TX Transit Mixed-Use District, and CX Core Mixed-Use District. Parking requirements for nonresidential uses in the B6 Downtown Science and Technology district are reduced by 15% from the otherwise required number. Within the B4 Regional Shopping district, parking requirements may be reduced if a transit station serving at least 4 routes exists on-site. Reduced parking requirements apply in the CX Core Mixed-Use District and no parking is required for existing structures or buildings. Within a the NX, TX and CX districts, a fee-in-lieu of required parking may be made for nonresidential uses and guest parking for residential uses.
