On July 23, 2024, Rogers eliminated all parking mandates. Previously, there were no minimum parking requirements for non-residential uses in the C-3 Neighborhood Commercial District, the COR, COM, IA downtown Rogers zones, and the U-COR, U-COM, U-ENT uptown Rogers zones.
