Parking minimum removal
There are no minimum parking requirements for the D-1 District land use and the âneighborhood commercial establishmentâ use. TOD overlay districts have no minimum parking requirements for residential land uses. For non-residential land uses, the first 5,000 GFA is exempt from minimum parking requirements.

Parking minimum reduction
Parking requirements may be reduced by 50% in the M-MU-90 Sub-District. Nonresidential uses that provide cyclists shower and locker facilities may reduce parking by four spaces. Nonresidential uses that provide 120% or more additional bicycle parking spaces may reduce parking by up to 10%. When 10 or more bicycles are provided for a bike-share facility, there may be a 5% reduction of required parking spaces.
