Parking minimum removal
Portland has no parking mandates citywide for any uses. Prior to July 2023, the city maintained mandates that were only in effect in rare instances. As part of Oregon's Climate Friendly and Equitable Cities policy, the city purged the mandates from the code effective June 30, 2023.
