Parking minimum removal

The CT Conant Thread District and CD Commercial Downtown District are exempt from parking mandates. Personal services, museums, libraries and art galleries, which are operated in storefronts or as home occupations, and which do not exceed 1,000 square feet, are exempt from parking mandates.

Parking minimum reduction

Parking requirements are reduced 50% for uses in the Mill Building Reuse District (MBRD). Business uses citywide may count adjacent on-street parking toward parking requirements.
