In the business A-1 and A-2 zone, small nonresidential uses are exempt. In the Business D, D-1, D-2 and BD-3 Districts, dwellings and healthcare uses are exempt. All uses in the CGD Zone are exempt. New Haven Parking Authority has signed on to support DesegregateCT's platform, which includes eliminating parking requirements citywide.
