Parking minimum reduction

In the Central Business District (B-1), Office Business District (B-3), and Downtown Development District (D-1) minimum parking requirements are reduced by 50% for all land uses. A payment in lieu of parking (PILOP) may be applied to applicant who have insufficient on-site parking.
