Parking minimum reduction
Parking requirements are reduced when located near a BRT or LRT station. Parking requirements for community buildings may be reduced through the provision of bike parking, golf cart parking or motorcycle parking. On-street parking spaces located immediately adjacent to the frontage of properties in the EO, MX, DB, ME, PE, and DC districts or districts with a "-U" designator, may be counted toward required off-street parking for non-residential uses.
