Parking minimum reduction
Reduced parking ratios apply in the Uptown District and the Medical Overlay District. Within the University District Overlay, residential uses have reduced requirements. Citywide, parking requirements may be reduced for a variety of uses when located near transit, on-street parking, or public parking. Other reductions are available for bike parking, tree preservation, and pedestrian accessibility.
