Summary
Parking minimums were removed in May 2024. Previously, parking minimums only applied to residential and educational uses. Commercial and industrial land uses have had no minimum parking requirements since 2014, with a set of maximum requirements instead. Multi-family residential in Mixed Use Downtown (MU-D) and Mixed Use Corridor (MU-C) zoning districts were exempted in 2022, and now have parking maximums.
