Parking reforms in Longmont, CO

Parking minimum removal

Parking minimums were removed citywide in May 2024. Previously, parking minimums only applied to residential and educational uses. Commercial and industrial land uses have had no minimum parking requirements since 2014 and multi-family residential in the Mixed Use Downtown (MU-D) and Mixed Use Corridor (MU-C) zoning districts were exempted in 2022..
