Parking minimum removal

The O-1 Office District and B-4 Lincoln Center Business District were previously exempt from parking mandates. Since February 27, 2024, all nonresidential districts except the B-1 and O-2 Districts are exempt from parking mandates. Parking requirements vary across the remaining districts.
