Parking minimum removal

On August 15, 2023, Lewisburg eliminated all parking requirements in the Downtown Commercial District and nonresidential requirements in all districts. Previously, only nonresidential uses downtown were exempt.

Parking minimum reduction

On August 15, 2023, Lewisburg lowered residential requirements to 1 space/dwelling unit and bike parking may now substitute for automobile parking.
