Parking minimum removal
The City of Laval eliminated minimum parking requirements for certain zones city wide. It also greatly reduced parking minimums across many zone types (for example, some commercial zones now only need 1 parking space per 75 square meters, sometimes even less in more central zones, while it used to be 1 space per 10 sq.m).
