Parking minimum removal
La Crosse removed all parking mandates on December 12, 2024. This followed on the removal of mandates for ADUs earlier in the year and for nonresidential uses in the Local Business, Commercial, and Community Business zones on March 10, 2022. Previously La Crosse had no parking requirements in Industrial zones, as well as exemptions for the downtown and uptown areas.
