Parking minimum reduction

Required parking may be reduced by 40% in the C-N Neighborhood Commercial District and by 20% in the C-G-2 General Commercial District and C-G-3 General Commercial District. Off-street parking requirements in any district may be reduced up to 30% from the minimum requirements, provided the development is located within one-fourth of a mile of a transit route.
