Parking minimum reduction

Parking requirements are reduced in the TN, MU-M, MU-H and CN districts. In the AO, NS, LIM, UMU, C-M, C-H and BP districts, mixed use and adaptive reuse projects have reduced requirements. Citywide, projects that connect with an existing or planned greenway may have reduced parking mandates.
