Parking minimum reduction
A change of use within an existing building is exempt from parking requirements. Within the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Overlay zone, twenty-five (25) percent of the square footage of gross leasable area is exempt from minimum parking requirements. Parking requirements are reduced by right within the Transit Oriented Development Overlay Zone, and may be further reduced for affordable housing, carshare, distribution of transit passes, or proximity to transit.
