Parking minimum removal

When the application of the off-street parking provisions results in a requirement of not more than three (3) spaces on a single zoning lot in any business, office research, or industrial district, such parking spaces need not be provided where the building is unmanned; however, where two (2) or more uses are located on a single lot, only one (1) of those may be eligible for the exemption.
