Parking minimum reduction
Within the MX1 and MX2 Mixed-use districts, uses must provide parking equal to 60% of the minimum parking ratios. In all districts, parking requirements may be reduced for all uses through the provision of carshare parking, bikeshare facilities and motorcycle or scooter parking. Nonresidential uses may also count on-street parking spaces abutting the subject property towards the parking requirements.
