Parking minimum removal
Parking mandates do not apply to properties containing less than 5,000 square feet of lot area, except for single-family detached, duplex, and townhome dwelling uses, or for residential development with 10 or fewer dwelling units in the MD Mixed-Use Downtown Core district, or for non-residential development in the MD district. Parking maximums are set at 125% of the minimums. Parking requirements may be reduced through on-street parking, bike parking, transit, infill development or senior or affordable housing.
