Parking minimum reduction

The off-street parking requirements do not apply to nonresidential uses within a mandatory parking district. For residential uses within a mandatory parking district, the parking requirements are one space per unit. In planning unit 4, in the historic overlay zone, existing and new uses in buildings built prior to January 1, 1941, are not required to provide off-street parking facilities.
