Summary
Within the Central Area Districts, no parking is required of buildings which existed prior to June 26, 1967 or for ground-floor retail and personal service uses except for establishments serving alcohol or commercial amusement uses. Additionally, no parking is required for the first 5,000 square feet of ground-floor floor area for a restaurant without drive-in or drive-through service.
