Parking minimums do not apply to any parcel less than 5,000 square feet in area or for the rehabilitation or reuse of structures existing on October 15, 2020, within locally designated historic districts. Ten of the sixteen primary districts are exempt from minimum parking requirements. In districts where parking is required, a number of uses are exempt including ADUs, townhomes, upper story residential uses, government services, medical clinics, bars, and more.
