Parking minimum reduction
Connecticut adopted Public Act 21-29, a statewide zoning reform law that reduces minimum parking mandates, among numerous other reforms. In May 2020, Governor Ned Lamont, as part of a pandemic response executive order, temporarily suspended statewide parking requirements for existing restaurants, allowing them to utilize their parking lots for outdoor dining.
