Parking maximum

The total of accessory parking spaces provided for one-family, two-family or multiple-family dwellings or hotels shall not exceed those required for such use or for any equivalent new use by more than 50 percent, or four spaces, whichever number is greater, in an R-4, R-5, or R-4 or business district.
