Parking minimum reduction

Off-street parking requirements do not apply to any existing buildings located in the Downtown Business (C-2) District where no parking presently exists and there is no opportunity to provide it, except for certain residential uses. In all Zoning Districts except C-2, off-street parking requirements do not apply to a non-residential land use occupying 4,000 square feet or less and located within an existing structure. Parking requirements may be reduced through the provision of EV chargers. Parking requirements were reduced for residential uses with 4 or fewer units on December 18, 2024.
