All uses in the C-1, C-1-E, C-1-VC, and C-5 districts are exempt from parking mandates as well as nonresidential uses in the R-MU and D-MU Overlay Districts. Various other exemptions are available for small commercial uses, rowhouses, detached and semi-detached dwellings, and historic structures.
