Parking minimum reduction
Within the City Center (CCD) Zoning District, adjacent on-street parking may be counted towards parking requirements and parking requirements are reduced by 10% for residential uses within the Townhouse Residential subdistrict. Within the Old Town Avondale Business District (OTAB) and Cashion Business District (CBD), parking requirements are reduced for all uses except hotels and offices over 20,000 square feet.
