Parking minimum reduction

On-street parking and public parking in the OA Original Aurora District may count towards parking requirements for commercial uses. Adaptive reuse projects are exempt from parking requirements in the OA District. Numerous parking reductions are available based on transit, bike parking and other factors citywide for all except multifamily uses.
